Offering Code 95 e-learning: what do you need?
If you want to give Code 95 e-learning as a training provider, you need three things from the CBR. The certified e-learning system is one of them, and we provide it.
The three certifications
1. Recognition as a training provider
You are recognised by the CBR as a provider of Code 95 continuing training. Include your CBR provider number in your request.
2. A training plan per course
The CBR certifies every continuing training course, per course code, with a training plan. You arrange that plan yourself.
3. A certified e-learning system
VYS Scheduling B.V. owns the e-learning system VYS Tacho E-learning, which is certified by the CBR. You use that.
What the system takes care of
In its Framework for code 95 and ADR continuing training courses the CBR sets requirements for an e-learning system. This is included:
- A personal code per learner, with an extra e-mail check on a new device.
- Measuring active time, the fixed order of chapters and chapter tests.
- Tests with a resit, the correct answer with an explanation and a final test.
- The certificate by e-mail, with the final test result, downloadable and verifiable with a QR code.
- An overview for you as a teacher with progress and active time per learner, and a teacher report per course.
- Contact between learner and teacher, and a helpdesk for technical questions.
- Access for the CBR to monitor.
What you arrange yourself
- Your recognition and your training plan at the CBR.
- The teacher for the classroom part.
- The schedule: the e-learning and the classroom day fall within 10 calendar days.
- Your learners: you enrol them and they receive their code by e-mail.

Can I use my own course material?
Using your own course material is in preparation. Tell us in your request what you need and we will let you know when you can start.
What happens to my learners' data?
You remain responsible for your learners' data; we process it on your behalf. We agree this beforehand in a data processing agreement, before your account is created. The data of different providers is kept separate.
